A SMALL load to wash starts from $3, and to dry is from $4 (for 25 minutes). A LARGE load to wash starts from $7, and to dry is from $5 (for 25 minutes). Prices vary by site and machine size.

Washers come in small (8kg), large (18kg) and extra-large (28kg), plus 14kg and 22kg dryers. Our front-loading machines use less water per load than a typical top-loader at home.
Yes, you can choose a cold, warm or hot wash at all sites
Front-load detergent only. Top-loader detergent makes too many suds and will not rinse out properly.
No, every site is cashless. You operate the Washers/Dryerswith a rechargeable Green Card (our Raumati Beach site uses a Blue Card).
Buy and top up your card on site at the Value Add Machine using eftpos, or at the nearby retailer listed on each location page. Our on-site Value Add Machines do not accept cash.
Value loaded on the card is not refundable. The value you have on your card does not expire.
We have a dedicated cleaning team that is regularly on site ensuring the machines and the facility are cleaned and sanitised so they are always fresh, safe, and ready for use.
Our facilities are brightly lit until closing and have 24hour CCTV

Every site is open seven days a week. Most run 5am to 11pm; Welcome Bay is 5:30am to 10:30pm and Omokoroa is 6am to 10pm.
